sandy urquhart Sandy is an accomplished property development design co-ordinator.  As former Senior Vice President for Dart Realty, Sandy oversaw the design team across all disciplines at Camana Bay, the Caribbean’s single largest mixed-use development.  Sandy began his career in the UK working with the National Trust and English Heritage on renovation of several historic buildings.  He moved to Grand Cayman fifteen years ago where he has worked on a diverse range of design projects including the creation of the region’s largest tropical nursery.
